With extensive experience in organizing seminars, gatherings and lectures during Almedalen Week, we offer tailor-made solutions for all types of events. Our facilities are just a stone's throw from the Almedalen stage, and we can accommodate groups from 10 to 650 people. Thanks to the short distance between our premises, we can create events for up to 1000 participants at the same time.

Donners event
Our largest venue, the event hall, has a capacity of 650 standing and 300 seated people. The venue is fully equipped with technology adapted for conferences, mingling or parties. The venue has an entrance floor located one floor up with a balcony railing that provides a view of the hall. Donners Hotell is directly adjacent.
Pink House
Probably Visby's most beautiful meeting room with a view of Donners Plats and Almedalen. High ceilings and large deep windows create an exclusive feeling and a creative environment. Here we have arranged everything from mingling and annual meetings to international summits. The room has space for up to 150 people and conferences for up to 70 people. There are also two group rooms with space for 10 and 15 people.
Visby Börs
Visby Börs is both Visby's oldest and newest hotel. Here we offer two completely unique conference rooms from two completely different eras. The Vault with space for 25 conference guests and The hall with space for 100 seated guests.
Joda Bar & Kitchen
In the inner harbor, just a minute's walk from Donners Plats, we offer two conference rooms and a large and partially weatherproof courtyard.
The main bar has space for 50 people seated and 150 standing. In the Hall we have space for 150 seated and 300 standing. The venue is equipped with a stage, two projectors and a sound and lighting system for conferences and concerts.
Directly adjacent is a large, partly weatherproof, south-facing courtyard that can accommodate 500 people. In the evening sun with a view of Visby harbor, we have an outdoor terrace where we serve lunch and dinner. The indoor restaurant has room for 100 people.
Amici Belli
Opposite Hotel Visby Börs on Strandgatan you will find the Amici Belli restaurant. With its courtyard and the wall of Visby as a backdrop, it works perfectly as a space for lectures or mingling.
The Italian
A pleasant oasis in the middle of the action, a stone's throw from Donners Plats, perfect for your Almedalen event.
Luna
Next to the Italian restaurant is our nightclub. It has professional sound and lighting equipment and a bar. Space for 150 dancing guests.
